Apple Rye Punch - This delicious drink is comprised of apple cider, rye, maple bitters, and hard cider.  It'll warm you up during the big game - especially up here in the North!

Bumble Brown Punch - This warm and spiced up drink consists of water, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, an apple, brown sugar, honey amber lager, and rum.  Feel comfortable and cozy sipping this drink while you watch the Super Bowl.

Bubbly Manhattan - This nutty and bitter drink includes rye whiskey, India Pale Ale, sweet vermouth, and an orange slice.

El Chupacabra - This supremely refreshing drink consists of blanco tequila, Pimm's, lemon juice, simple syrup, Peychaud bitters, sliced cucumber, Cynar, and soda water.

Bloody Cesar with Bacon - I came across this yummy drink but it was in French - here's the translation:

First take a lemon wedge and rub it along the rim of a glass.  Take a small bowl and cover the bottom with a mixture of celery salt (or Clamato rimmer) and freshly ground black pepper.  Dip the rim of the glass into this mixture.  Now combine these ingredients to make the drink:

- 2 oz vodka

- 6-8 oz Clamato (extra spicy if desired)

- Juice of half a lemon

- 1 tsp. grated horseradish

- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or more to taste)

- A few drops of Tabasco (or more to taste)

- 1 pinch celery salt (or more to taste)

- Pepper (to taste)

- For an interesting added taste, add a teaspoon of kosher pickle juice (if desired)

Rather then putting the traditional celery stick in the glass, use a piece of bacon instead.  To get

those perfectly straight bacon slices, place them in the oven at 275°F for an hour - the more slowly it's

cooked, the more poker straight it gets.

I'm sure you'll be serving beer at your Super Bowl party, but make sure you supply a variety as your guests will like different kinds.  If it gets too expensive, ask them to BYOB (bring your own booze).

Michelada (aka Bloody Beer) - This savory and refreshing drink consists of tomato juice, lime, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tobasco/hot sauce, beer, and ice cubes.

Cousin Funday Beer Cocktail - This crisp, light, bitter drink, includes ginger, water, sugar, lime, orange liquer, and light beer.

You probably have a good idea of what kind of beer your guests
like, but a well rounded selection is always smart.  If you're
looking for something different, that pairs well with chili, try
         DOS EQUIS.

    glass of red wine

Red wine goes really well with chili because of the beef and tomato.
         our experience, Cabernet
Sauvignon is the best, but Malbec is another
         popular choice.  We
    recommend Argentinian or Chilean.
